Please help me, it’s driving me nuts! I’ve had trouble with my BT ever since I got my computer. When I go to the Bluetooth settings, for instance (system tray, Open Settings), under the Share tab, the blue text that says, Open Bluetooth Exchange Folder is unclickable. When I connect my phone, it says for a few seconds that it is connected, but then it changes to Not Connected and will not do a thing.
